Begin with an energising Pilates sequence to sculpt and tone your body, then melt into a soothing Yin practice designed to calm your nervous system and restore your soul. This 75 minute class balances the fire and the flow leaving you feeling strong, open, and deeply nourished.

    This nourishing 90 minute session blends gentle flow yoga with self care for a perfect weekend reset. Learning about self-massage techniques and facial acupressure inspired by Chinese medicine, you’ll release stored and stagnant tension, Qi, awaken the bodies natural flow and stimulate circulation to bring a your skin a natural glow.

    A structured 2 hour Yin Yoga, Meditation & Coaching session with Sheena Polese.

    With only 8 spots available, this intimate and supportive group class is designed to assist you in achieving your goals.

    Throughout the 2 hours we will move from deep embodiment in a 50 minute Yin practice to soften in and expand, followed by a meditation to journey into the inner stillness of the mind, setting you up for your guided reflection and coaching session, helping you set relevant and meaningful actions for the month ahead.

    This trauma informed 90-minute immersive experience is designed for those who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles of stress and are ready to create space for clarity, ease, and reconnection.

    In this guided journey, you’ll be supported through a grounding cacao ceremony, Spinal Flow to regulate your nervous system, kundalini activation to awaken your life force energy, Somatic and energetic release to let go of what no longer serves and reconnect with your inner self.
